Spiritual coaching is a way of supporting the evolution of one’s soul and its physical journey in this lifetime by applying universal principles, known for thousands of years on this planet, but not always understood or used to our advantage. I hold MD, MPH degrees and have worked in four countries as a doctor, public health university lecturer and leadership development consultant. That plus 12+ years of studying spiritual teachings gave me a wealth of experience to draw from when working with you.

During my time at Maastricht University I codeveloped a coaching program for a European-wide leadership development program for health and public health professionals. A wonderful experience which taught me a great deal.

Have completed a year long study in Angelology, certified by Doreen Virtue. An intense and deep reconnection with spirit and the Angels, as portrayed in all sacred texts.

It is my understanding and conviction that every single person is always connected to source and is channeling the non-physical at all times. They are just not always aware of it. I do not channel a particular entity in a conscious way. However, clients are surprised when I sometimes asked questions related to recent events in their life of which I had no way of knowing. That is because when I coach of speak publicly I get into a state that allows for more energy to flow and a deeper connection with my higher self. So, in a way, I do channel my higher self and source which is why I can bring a higher perspective to each conversation.
The information presented under “Services” will be sufficient to give you an understanding of the basis of this work. Before our first meeting, it can be helpful if you identify your top 5 challenges and/or goals for our work together.
Each individual is unique and goals differ widely. In general, you can expect a shift in perception regarding your own life and personal power. You will leave each session with a greater sense of clarity, a lightness of being, a clear understanding of your potential and a vision and a plan for what to do next.
This work is based on universal principles and not rooted in any specific religion or religious dogma. Some principles can be found however all throughout spiritual teachings, as well as in sacred texts because they have at their core the same universal truths.
This work focuses on connecting to the limitless source of wellbeing within us. This can raise the individual’s vibrational frequency and thus set the scene for a more rapid healing process, regardless the current health challenge. However, this work should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment, but as an adjuvant to any other therapies you are undergoing.
All cancellations must be made at least 48h / 2 days in advance.
If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before your session or in case of no-show, you will be charged the full amount of the session.
