Cymatic therapy is a gentle, low-risk complementary practice that uses audible sound, and most people can enjoy it safely. It can support the body in many different ways, and offer relief from stress and overwhelm, brain fog, poor sleep, energy depletion and fatigue, muscle and joint tension, accelerate recovery time, and much more.

During the session, the client typically lies comfortably on the therapy table, similar to a massage table. Those who are unable to lie down may receive the session while sitting comfortably in a chair. For best results, the sound is applied directly to the skin, but clients can also choose to remain fully clothed.
The sound is emitted through a lightweight applicator or several speaker-like devices, which are placed over specific areas of the body. The application is painless, non-invasive and very soothing.
No. Cymatic therapy is performed by applying sound directly to the body, and any remote or wireless delivery can compromise the quality and integrity of the sound and the effects of the therapy.
Home sessions may be possible, although they are not part of the standard service offering. Please schedule a Free Discovery Call below if you wish to enquire about a particular circumstance.
